Sometimes life's stressors and past situations can cause trauma and become overwhelming to the relationship that you have with yourself. It doesn't  matter how great you think that you know yourself and the world around you, there is always room for growth and improvement.  This retreat is open to individuals 30 and over who want to use the last quarter of 2023 to emotionally, mentally and spiritually invest in themselves! Many times due to life's circumstance we tend to pour more into people, places and things rather than pouring into ourselves. We ask for things from others that somehow we have forgotten how to give to ourselves.  We want trust and honesty from others, but we don't trust the decisions that we have made over our own lives. This often shows up in our lives as procrastination, avoidance and escapism. Procrastination is the result of being stuck in old thoughts that somehow you have made so many mistakes in the past that you don't want to screw up your life any further. Avoidance shows up when you run away from your own problems, but have every ounce of time to help other's through their own. Escapism shows up when you indulge in maladjusted activities that appear to be self soothing but are not getting you anywhere in life. You want success, but you have no idea how to accomplish it, get disciplined enough to obtain and maintain it or just get out of the boredom and rut of your life! We want others to believe in us, but somehow we lack the worth and self confidence in ourselves and our abilities to succeed or believe in ourselves. There are 7 components to having a more intimate relationship with yourself and others. They include: trust, self acceptance, honesty, safety, compassion, communication and affection towards self . During the retreat, I will be sharing tips on how to implement these components into your daily life. 

Join therapist,  "The Confidence Converter," expert on relationship building, in the enchanting beach location of Cabos where you will learn how to discover that vulverablity and transparency are the tools needed to become more intimate with yourself because quite FRANKLY if you can't be intimate with yourself than how can you expect to open up your heart and be more intimate with someone else.  I have a great line up of seminars and workshops designed to help you explore who you are and what your purpose in life is. I'll have guest speakers discussing financial intimacy and how to grow your pocket and become more stable. I'll have real estate experts there to discuss home ownership, as well as rental property investments. I'll have business and branding experts on hand for those of you wanting to become entrepreneurs. You'll discover what becoming a business owner really means and whether or not you are equipped to just maintain being a hobbyist or whether you are truly equipped to handle being a full owner of something. Of course, "The Confidence Converter, " that's me will be holding coaching, group counseling sessions on how to repair and rebuild the relationship that you have with yourself and others. I have curriculums planned to improve your self confidence and work on the anxiety and depression that is holding you hostage from becoming ALL that you desire to be. Oh, and did I mention that it's my birthday week so of course there will be lots of partying and fun.  

Cabo is a place like no other that is filled with a spiritually enlightening vibration that will catapult your emotional path to healing old wounds. There's plenty of recreation to enjoy along with new and exciting things to try. I for one did not get to ride the camel on the beach last time, but I fully intend to take advantage of the opportunity this time!  If your desire is to learn how to develop productive communication with yourself on  deeper levels; learn how to be true to who you are and to stop becoming someone else when you get entangled with others, than this is the place to be!   

During the retreat you will meet other like minded individuals, network  and create lasting friendships with people just like you who are looking for ways to strengthen their love and commitment to themselves.  The retreat therapist and coordinator will provide attendees with useful skills that will help you  to take a special intimate journey into your individual personalities that either hinder or sustain relationships with others. We will work on developing healthier  ways to resolve internal conflicts and decrease self criticism and make space for positive self talk .  We will put in some work each day, but remember it's also a vacation so individuals are welcome to relax and enjoy the outstanding recreational opportunities that the Riu has to offer, including all inclusive meals and cocktails. Once seminars and workshops have been completed, you may embark on some quiet time and create a space of serenity and bliss. There are several unique restaurants to choose from. There are several pools and other watersports on site or choice to go off on your own. The resort is located on its own private beach.

ALL Attendees are asked to portray themselves in an adult fashion while on resort property. Failure to act accordingly will result in participants being removed from attending other group activities without hesitation and refund!

The therapist does not assume liability for any mishaps or legal restrictions that may develop while you are on the retreat. Passports are necessary to join.
